What else is going to happen as the Black Liquor Tax Credit of 2009 winds down? International Paper has announced some permanent closures, Alabama River and Domtar have announced some pulp conversions to fluff pulp, yet we don’t think this is all that is about to happen. December and January should be interesting indeed.
