R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced that it has closed on the previously announced sale of its DLS Worldwide Logistics business to TFI International Inc.

Quad/Graphics, Inc. announced that it has sold its two remaining Book manufacturing facilities in Fairfield, Penn., and Martinsburg, W.Va., to Berryville Graphics, a division of Bertelsmann Printing Group USA, a leader in hard cover, mass market, trade and digest books, components and specialty finishing.

VPK Group came to an agreement with COPI Holding to buy Encase Ltd, manufacturer and designer of corrugated cardboard packaging. Encase Ltd operates two integrated corrugated packaging plants in England and one sheet plant in Scotland. It is VPK's intention to merge Encase with its UK corrugated operations, formerly known as Rigid.

CREEL has completed the acquisition of the offset printing operations in Las Vegas known as Creel Printing from LSC Communications. The acquisition returns control of the offset business to the Creel family who founded it in the 1950s.

Hygiene and health company Essity divests its 49% stake in Sancella Tunisia to the other owner Sotupa. Sancella Tunisia offers a range of Essity's products and brands in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Libya. Essity will retain a presence on these markets through license and distribution agreements.

Lecta announces that today it has reached an agreement for the acquisition of Avery Dennison Offset Sheets business in the Europe - Middle East - North Africa (EMENA) region. The transaction is subject to competition approval from the German Federal Cartel Office.

International Paper announced that it completed the previously disclosed sale of its Brazilian corrugated packaging business to Klabin S.A. The business has three containerboard mills and four box plants.

The deal, expected to close in November, will see Spokane-based PotlatchDeltic sell the land to The Conservation Fund for $48 million.

Commercial Development Company, Inc. (CDC) has acquired the former WestRock retired paper manufacturing facility in Newberg, Oregon. The site was acquired by CDC affiliate Newberg OR LLC. The transaction included the acquisition of real estate assets and a corporate indemnification for legacy environmental liabilities associated with the site. CDC and affiliates will now oversee the sale of equipment and demolition of the buildings.

A subsidiary of United States-based International Paper (IP) has filed a notice posted to a Turkish investment oversight agency website indicating it is considering options to sell the stake it holds in Turkey-based Olmuksan International Paper Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. That company operates containerboard mills and downstream corrugating plants in Turkey.
