Greif, Inc., a global leader and industrial packaging solutions provider, announced today that it has completed its previously announced divestiture of the Flexible Packaging joint venture, or "FPS" for a total cash consideration of $123 million, subject to certain conditions and post-closing adjustments, to Gulf Refined Packaging.

Sonoco, one of the largest global sustainable packaging companies, announced it has acquired the remaining one-third interest in Sonoco do Brasil Participacoes, Ltda, a Brazil-based flexible packaging joint venture, from private investors.

The boards of Rottneros and Arctic Paper have decided to invest 15 million euro in a moulded fiber tray factory at Arctic Papers premises in Kostrzyn, Poland. Nouryon has signed a 15-year agreement with Suzano, a world leading eucalyptus pulp producer. Under the long-term agreement, Nouryon will commission its sustainable Integrated Manufacturing Model for the new Suzano eucalyptus pulp mill in the municipality of Ribas do Rio Pardo, located in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
