Norcross, Georgia, USA, 30 October 2009 -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RockTenn today reported that its board of directors declared a dividend of USD 0.15 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on 10 November 2009. The dividend, which will be paid on 23 November 2009, represents an annual dividend rate of USD 0.60 per share.
