Rengo makes its consolidated subsidiary into a wholly owned subsidiary
Print

JAPAN (News release) -- Rengo has acquired all of Toppan Printing's shares of its consolidated subsidiary Rengo Toppan Containers and made it a wholly owned subsidiary, as well as changed the company name to "RG Containers Co., Ltd."

RG Containers has three corrugated plants in Japan (Kawaguchi-shi in Saitama Prefecture, Sano-shi in Tochigi Prefecture, and Ishinomaki-shi in Miyagi Prefecture) and has been in charge of manufacturing corrugated packaging until now, orders for which were mostly received by Toppan Printing and Rengo from their customers.

RG Containers will strengthen its sales department and operate as an integrated manufacturing and sales company that conducts sales activities in addition to manufacturing corrugated packaging.

Rengo will strengthen the collaboration between RG Containers and neighboring plants directly managed by Rengo as well as with Rengo Group companies, so as to further enhance the Group's corrugated packaging business in the Kanto region.
