She will also continue working as Clearwater Paper's vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer, a role she has held since January 2020.

Before that, she spent two decades at the building materials manufacturer Louisiana Pacific, where she held several leadership roles.

Barckley will receive an additional compensation for the interim CFO role of $10,000 permanent per month, Clearwater Paper noted.
