Valmet has been selected for an EPC project at Sappi's Saiccor mill in South Africa. The scope of work involves the replacement of components to enhance operational safety, mitigate the risk of unplanned downtime, and bolster plant reliability.

The order was booked during the first quarter of 2026. While the contract value remains undisclosed, installation is scheduled to take place during a major maintenance shutdown in February 2027.
