Bolton, Lancashire, England 22 December 2015 -- Papeterie de Clairefontaine selected PMT Italia as the supplier of a Press section rebuild of their PM#5, located at Etival - Clairefontaine, France.

The 3.8 m wide machine produces high quality fine papers.

The project is expected to improve production capacity and heavy grammages production as well, by installing a new smarnip® shoe press that will give more flexibility to the machine in producing low as high basis weights.

With the start up of this project, planned for the Spring of 2016, PMT will have two smarnip® shoe presses in the PM#5 and one smarnip® shoe press in the PM#6.

This project follows other successful PMT references on those grades with similar rebuilds.
