Vaahto to Deliver a Crystallization Plant to Kemira
Comment Print

Lahti, Finland 19 September 2014 -- Japrotek Vessels, a member of the Vaahto Group, will deliver a crystallization plant to Kemira in Brazil. The delivery is yet another example of a demanding process industry structure where Japrotek's expertise and insight into customer's processes are at their best.

Kemira will build a sodium chlorate plant to supply pulp mills, particularly forest production company Klabin's new 1.5 million ton mill. The Japrotek delivery consists of design, fabrication and commissioning of the process plant.

Japrotek specializes in titanium processing. The main components of the Kemira plant will be made of titanium.

The installation will be handed over by the end of June 2015. Production takes place in Japrotek's Pietarsaari factory where employment is well secured due to the recent orders.

Last week Vaahto Group announced another significant titanium related deal in which Japrotek will deliver a leaching autoclave to a customer in Finland.
