Maybe I'm missing something here in this episode of "Let's Make A Deal." One country sets a target to reduce its emissions of heat-trapping gases by 26 percent to 28 percent by 2025, compared with 2005 levels, promising to reduce pollution from the burning of coal, oil and gas to levels that haven't been seen since 1969. Meanwhile, the other country says it plans to perhaps do something about it 16 years down the road. Maybe... What kind of deal is that?
