A USD 100 investment in FBR on 4 January 2002 would have been worth USD 304.21 on 13 November 2015; a USD 100 investment in MERC on 4 January 2002 would have been worth USD 139.21 on 13 November 2015; and a USD 100 investment in the PM40 on 4 January 2002 would have been worth USD 315.72 on 13 November 2015.
